We offer refunds ONLY when BOTH of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

• Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of your purchase date.
• Credit Usage: You have used 200 credits or less from your purchase.

 

Important: Both conditions must be satisfied at the same time for refund eligibility. If either condition is not met, no refund will be provided.

 

2. Refund Period

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the payment date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

 

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

• If you request a refund more than 3 days after your purchase date, regardless of whether you have used the service or not.
• If you have used more than 10 credits from your purchase.
• If you change your mind after purchasing a subscription or service.
• If the issue is caused by third-party software or tools not affiliated with our platform.

4.5 Processing: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

5. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and verify that you meet the eligibility criteria (within 3 days and used 10 credits or less). We will notify you of the outcome soon. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

• Processing Fees: Please note that a processing fee of 2-10% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment gateway transaction costs and administrative expenses. The exact fee percentage depends on your payment method and applicable third-party processing fees.
• Refund Amount: You will receive the purchase amount minus the processing fee.
• Processing Time: The net refund amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
